We offer a free visit to your home or property and will provide a no obligation quote, so if you don’t want to go ahead with the work that’s not a problem.
our process
Once a client has got in touch we will get back to them within 24 hours, either via phone or email dependent on their preference. From this we will have a conversation about the property type and where the flooring is to be laid so we can get a better idea of the space so that we can advise on flooring types. We will then arrange a visit to the property or site to measure up, bringing samples of flooring for you to see and feel. We will also assess the current flooring and advise on any preparatory needs ahead of fitting the flooring. Once flooring has been decided and we have collected accurate measurements we will then provide an official quote via email. If you’re happy to go ahead with the job it’s just a case of booking it in and we will take care of the rest.
We always like to see a job before pricing so that we can take accurate measurements and assess the space ahead of providing a quote. If we are not able to arrange a home visit we may be able to take measurements over the phone but this is done on a job by job basis.
